A menu inspired by an experience that transformed our understanding of hospitality and our relationship with the land.

What makes this menu possible?

• Forest Regeneration
  We allocated 15,000 m² of our farm in Filandia, Quindío, to a reforestation process that, in alliance with EDEQ, allowed the planting of 2,300 native trees. This action seeks to restore vegetation cover and strengthen the territory’s biodiversity.
  
• Conservation of native species
  We protect and propagate seeds of native trees and plants to contribute to the restoration of ecosystems and preserve their diversity for future generations.
  
• Regenerative agriculture
  On our farm, we cultivate ingredients organically and develop practices that regenerate the soil and promote production in balance with nature.
