This action seeks to restore vegetation cover and strengthen the territory&#8217;s biodiversity. <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conservation of native species<\/strong><strong><br\/><\/strong>We protect and propagate seeds of native trees and plants to contribute to the restoration of ecosystems and preserve their diversity for future generations.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regenerative agriculture<\/strong><strong><br\/><\/strong>On our farm, we cultivate ingredients organically and develop practices that regenerate the soil and promote production in balance with nature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A menu inspired by an experience that transformed our understanding of hospitality and our relationship with the land.
